RetInnovate 2025 – Terms & Conditions of Attendance
1. Event Details
•Dates: 13th November 2025 (8:30am – 5:30pm) and 14th November 2025 (8:30am – 5:30pm)
•Location: Riddel Hall, Belfast
•Included in Ticket Price:
•Entry to the full 2-day programme
•Refreshments, coffee, and lunch on both days
•Networking dinner and drinks with clinicians attending EVICR.net
•Invitation to the pitch event (application form required; Pitch Competition Terms & Conditions apply)
2. Ticket Purchase & Payment
•All tickets must be paid in full prior to the event.
•Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another delegate by notifying the organisers in writing at least 7 days before the event.
3. Pitch Competition
•Participation in the pitch competition is optional.
•Entry requires submission of a completed application form.
•The winning pitch will receive a £25,000 research grant, subject to the separate Pitch Competition Terms & Conditions, which will be provided upon application.
•The organisers reserve the right to amend, postpone, or withdraw the pitch competition at any time.
4. Programme Changes
•The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.
5. Delegate Conduct
•All delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and event staff.
•The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any delegate whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
6. Liability
•The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.
•Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and insurance.
7. Data Protection
•By registering, you consent to your details being used by the organisers for event administration and relevant post-event communications.
•Delegates may be photographed or filmed during the event; images may be used for promotional purposes.
