When and where is RetInnovate 2025?

 

RetInnovate 2025 takes place on 13–14 November 2025 at Riddel Hall, Belfast. Each day runs from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

 

What does my ticket include?

Your 2-day ticket includes:

•Full access to all sessions and panels

•Refreshments, coffee, and lunch on both days•Networking dinner and drinks with clinicians attending EVICR.net

•Invitation to apply for the pitch event (£25k research grant for the winner, separate T&Cs apply)

 

Are tickets refundable?

 

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another delegate if you notify us at least 7 days before the event.

 

Can I take part in the pitch competition?

 

Yes — all registered delegates are invited to apply. You’ll need to complete a short application form. The winning pitch will receive a £25,000 research grant. Please note that the pitch competition has its own set of Terms & Conditions.

RetInnovate is designed for ophthalmology innovators, biotech and medtech entrepreneurs, investors, clinicians, researchers, and industry partners interested in accelerating retinal disease innovation, market access, and investment readiness.
